配置工作簿分頁 #17。這張表把「哪一種貨、在哪個情境下、要走哪條 Sourcing Rule / Bill of Distribution」整理成一份指派清單，餵給 Global Order Promising 去決定每張訂單的供應來源。本頁逐欄列出 Fusion 實際環境的完整下拉選項，並標註是否經官方文件確認（✅ / ⚠️）。

1一分鐘概念

Assignment Set（指派集）＝供應鏈來源策略的「總對照表」。它本身不規定怎麼補貨，而是把先前建好的 Sourcing Rule（本地／全域採購規則）與 Bill of Distribution（配銷單）掛到特定的品項、類別、組織、客戶、地區或需求類別上。

心智模型：把它想成「路由表」。每一列說：「遇到 這種貨 + 這個情境（指派層級），就照 這條規則 找來源。」當多列同時命中，Order Promising 一律挑最具體（most specific）那一列——這就是「Sourcing Hierarchy 來源階層」。

這張表分兩層：①指派集標頭（Name / Description，整個集合的名字）②Assignment 明細（一列一個指派：層級 + 範圍欄 + 採購類型 + 規則名）。標頭一個集合只填一次；明細可填無數列。

觀察：Excel 用到 4 種指派層級（Organization / Category and Organization / Item and Organization / Item），全部走 Sourcing Type = Sourcing Rule，沒有用到 Bill of Distribution。範例同時混用了 Global 與 Local 規則名，但「規則是 Global 還 Local」是寫在 Sourcing Rule 本身，不是這張表的欄位。

3★ 逐欄完整選項確認（核心）

把 Excel Sourcing Assignment Set 分頁每一欄拿去對實際 Fusion 控制項：是哪種控制項、真實環境的完整選項有哪些、Excel 填的值是否合法。✅＝官方文件已確認、⚠️＝文件未逐字列出需在你的 pod 下拉確認。

先講重點結論：Excel 只是「把選好的值記下來」的紀錄表，本身沒有內嵌下拉清單。真正的選項只存在系統。本表最關鍵的兩個固定 enum 是 Assignment Level 與 Sourcing Type——兩者皆已從 Using Order Promising 官方文件取得逐字完整值（✅）。範圍欄（Organization / Category / Item / Region）與規則名欄是 LOV 動態查詢，依主檔資料而定。

3-2 ② Assignment 明細 — 固定下拉 enum

⬢ Assignment Level（指派層級）— 最重要的下拉，全列舉 ✅

官方文件把指派層級分成兩組：Local Sourcing Rule（含 Organization 範圍）與 Global Sourcing Rule（跨組織）。每組內部由最具體 → 最不具體排優先序。下表把兩組全列齊並標出 Excel 用到的列：

確認 ✅：以上 18 個層級值全部逐字取自官方文件「Consider Your Sourcing Hierarchy and Assignment Set Hierarchy」（Using Order Promising 25C）。Excel 用到的 4 個（Item and Organization / Category and Organization / Organization / Item）全部合法。Order Promising 多列命中時取序號最小（最具體）者。
⚠️ 注意（單一組合下拉）：官方把 Local 與 Global 列在兩張分開的表，未提供一條「Local 與 Global 互相穿插」的合併總序。實際 UI 下拉是否把這 18 個值合併成一個清單、以及合併後的排序，需在你的 pod 下拉確認。各組內部的相對優先序則已確認。

逐字值意義選了之後
Sourcing Rule ←Excel採購規則：定義單一品項／組織層級的補貨來源（Buy from / Transfer from / Make at）。右欄 LOV 只列 Sourcing Rule。
Bill of Distribution配銷單：跨多組織的多層配銷網路規則。右欄 LOV 只列 Bill of Distribution。
確認 ✅：Sourcing Type 僅此兩值，取自官方文件（在 Type 欄 LOV 二擇一，再到右欄選對應的規則）。Excel 5 列全用 Sourcing Rule，合法。

關於 Region 欄：Excel 這張分頁的明細表頭只有 Organization / Category / Item 三個範圍欄，沒有 Region 欄。但 Region 是官方文件列出的合法指派層級（Item and Region / Category and Region / Region）。若你要建立含 Region 的層級，實際 UI 會出現 Region 欄（LOV，依主檔的地區階層）——此情境本 Excel 未涵蓋。
